Commercial Conversion, why?

Why use Commercial Conversion as investment strategy?

  1. It takes similar time & efforts to do a deal but better profit. Would you like to do 10 BTL OR 2 Commercial conversion?
  2. Big projects gives big money and that have less competition comparatively.
  3. Another reason is Section 24of the Finance (no. 2) Act 2015 does not applies to commercial property. After new rule change its ideal to invest in commercial deals.

 

Now you may be thinking that it’s not easy.

I agree to some extend but once you learn HOW, you can do it easily.
